Strength:  Back Squat, 3 x 3 @ 85% 1RM

WOD:  20 Minute AMRAP

3 Strict Pull Ups
6 Deficit Push Ups (45's/25's)
9 Back Squat (135/95)

Finisher:  Dumbbell Box Step Up, 8-8-8-8-8
