30 Wall Balls (20/14)
30 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75/55)
30 Box Jumps (24/20)
30 Push Press (75/55)
30 Cal Row
30 Push Ups
10 Back Squats (bodyweight)


This WOD can be done solo or as a team and as always there are multiple scaling options. Come get a workout in before your holiday parties!
