I LOVE this picture! As we head into a day of power cleans, it is a perfect example of something people struggle to do every single day at the box. Notice that Franny's hips are fully extended, her shoulders are shrugged and her arms are still perfectly straight. This is a beautiful thing! So many times people pull too early, and let their arms do the work. Franny is working hard to use the full power of that rapid hip extension. Great job Franny!
